- switch to high contrast mode
- move the mouse over the toolbar items

See screenshots.
Some toolbar items seem to get a box when the mouse goes over, some not.

The "Forward" arrow is disabled - it doesn't get a box even in regular mode, no?

Hm, I think you're right. I didn't realize that when writing the bug.
