Steps To Reproduce:
1.install
2.open form
3. try to add items to jpane
4. Items appear outside the pane


More information:
Visual editor is not installed by default  but I saw it was available to install. I tried to use it and as above i cannot add items to the pain. it opens and runs but not as I intended.I end up going back to 3.2.1 and it functions as intended. I think its 1.2.1 and attempted to run on 3.3.2 on windows vista enterprise without sp1
