Description Susan McCourt CLA 2008-03-19 16:33:28 EDT
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #133731 +++

JDT currently provides preferences for content assist popup colors, auto-activation delay time, etc.

Bug #133731 is tracking the changes for implementing color preferences. This bug has been created to separately track the issue of an auto-activation delay preference.

There was already a place to put color prefs, but not an obvious place to put the delay pref, and it's not worth creating a new pref page or section of a page.

This bug might become more important as we see increased use of ContentProposalAdapter or ConentAssistCommandAdapter.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
