Description Simon Arsenault CLA 2001-10-10 22:30:15 EDT 
Open the New wizard dialog. Select Basic and then File. Notice the
	finish button is enabled now. Click on Basic again and notice the
	Finish button is disabled even thought File is still selected in the list.

NOTES:

	It's the Next button, not the Finish button.
