Description Kevin Haaland CLA 2001-10-10 22:28:32 EDT
Having to go through a wizard to create a new folder or a new empty file seems
like a lot of fluff. It would seem a lot easier to simply create the new folder with
"New Folder" as its name and enable the rename function immediately.

The reason for a wizard is usually because there are other properties that the user
must enter, but this is not the case for a folder/empty file. Create a folder in Windows
to see what I mean. There may be some technical reason for the folder wizard that I
am not aware of.
