Description Alex Bernstein CLA 2008-02-14 10:27:57 EST
Build ID: 3.3

Steps To Reproduce:
I needed to export all files with .testsuite extension in my project. After selecting the .testsuite extension (using "Select Types..." button), not all of the files with that extension apeared checked in the list on the right.

I cannot reproduce. If I Select All and then apply the filter all the files I would expect are selected. Could you try this method and confirm that you aren't getting your desired result? I fear this may be a case of bad UI - I could see if you expected the filter button to select everything in the tree rather than just from the ones that are currently selected.

Yep, the user did not click Select All first. So nothing was selected (or maybe just one file highlighted). So it does look like a bad UI, either disable the filters button, or select all when a filter is applied and there is no selection.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
