When importing CA certificates using the PEM based certificate loader the import wizard claims to support "Local File or Directory". When clicking the button to open the file dialog not files are shown and only folders can be selected that are queried afterwards.

We should either

1) Change the text to "Enter folder that should be queried for certs" or so

or

2) Let the user choose both files and folders in the file dialog

I would rather prefer 2.
