RUP 01

EPF build: 20080129-2245
Steps:
1. Click button "Add Image" in a RTE editor
2. Dialog "Add Image" is shown
3. Click button "Browse..."
4. Dialog "Open" is shown and check "Files of type"
Expect result: Only those image files can be listed an opened
Problem:
(1)All type files can be selected and opened, red cross is shown in RTE editor if select a non-image type file.

5. Select an image files which name contains a space character and some number and stars with 0, such as "RUP 01.PNG"
6. The image is shown well in RTE editor
7. Switch to "HTML" and check source code
Problem:
(2) The resource file name is truncated. The file name is saved as "Image .PNG"
(3) The red cross is shown in RTE editor for this opened image

8. Select an image files that named with native language, such as Chinese
(4) The red cross is shown in RTE editor for this opened image
