Description:
Chart view of measure lost y-axis and xtab lost row area content when preview in pdf
Build number:2.3.0.v20080201

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a xtab, change to show measure with chart view.
2. Preview in pdf.

Expected result:
Display chart view with y-axis as preview in html

Actual result:
Lost row area content.
Lost y-axis

The reason is that the width of the column is null.

in fixed report layout, the user defines width with some column and left the width of others empty. If the total defined width exceeds page width, all the column with empty width will be clipped.

HTML and PDF has the same effect in fixed report layout.

The user should define width for all the columns.

to resolve this issue, BIRT need to be enhanced to support auto table layout, suggest to implement in future.

change the title to reflect the real issue. 

Defer to 2.6.0 as the table-layout:auto request a multiple pass layout, it is not acceptable for table with huge rows.
