EPF 1.2.0.1 build 20080129-2245
Steps：
1. Open a Task -> Steps, and add some steps
2. Click button "Order" and close
3. Two fields got focus: "Name" text and "Order" button
4. Add some text in Description filed and press key "Enter"
--> The dialog "Order Task Steps" is opened, it's unexpected

I could not reproduce the "two fields got focus" issue, but press enter in the description does bring the order dialog.
