The HTML entities   and ©, when included in an Eclipse help system plugin, do not display when viewing the Help system.

This is the same problem that was reported in Bug 189192. It is fixed for 3.4, in the meantime the workaround is to use integer values rather than entity names.

I'm going to reopen this because I think we may need to improve the way we determine entities. Ideally we would ship the DTDs with Eclipse (this will require IP approval) for the DTDs which exist today and then cache the lookup results for any other DTDs, which would include any DTDs created after Eclipse 3.4 is shipped.

Fixed in HEAD. We got the legal approval to include the xhtml dtds with Eclipse.
