On the popup menu of a Project, there is an "Open Project" and "Close Project"
	menu labels. Why add the word Project to the label. Since there two menu items
	only appear on the Project popup menu, there is no need for the extra word "Project"
	in the label.

	Also, why have both menu items (open & close) at the same time? Only one of the
	two is ever enabled at a time (i.e there is no situation where both will be enabled at
	the same time). We should remove one of these.
