This class name has been around since our EJB 1-2 implementations. With EclipseLink not implementing EJB but instead focused on JPA the class name should be changed.

JAVA DOCS: All exception codes should have a comment explaining when they can be thrown

Need to update the Exceptions list to include additional codes not currently there. Only 8000-8010 are there.

REMOVE any error codes related to EJB CMP

Note that this is a doc only bug, the class was renamed a while ago.
