Double click on a detached view title bar, it does not maximize.

Not sure if this is a valid PR. As a detached view is it's own window there is 
no parent to maximize in and as it does not have window controls this does not 
make sense either.

However I do not see a way to access the window menu from a detached view so 
resizing appears to not be possible from the keyboard.

Need to revisit the whole detachment story.

Have removed support for detached views.
