patch for tooltip position issue

When I tried tooltip tab in control examples, the tooltip always prompt in the wrong place. I checked the code and found that the mouse position has not renewed when the tooltip shell prompting up. 

I make a patch for this problem.

Can you attach a screen shot of the tooltip in the wrong place? It works for me.
Also, not that we're using the emulated ToolTip on Cocoa right now so this bug would not be specific to Cocoa, but would also appear on WPF and motif.

Nevermind about the screen shot... I see the bug.
I'm still not sure about the patch though. The emulated ToolTip works on WPF so there's probably something else going on.

OK, I'm wrong, you're right. This is a bug in the emulated control. 
Fixed in HEAD > 20080116
