Add tests targets to the Eclipse projects.

Also allow tests to be runnable without Oracle dependecies.

Changes:
- Removed core test dependecies on Oracle9Platform (as in seperate component)
- Allowed tests to work with OraclePlatform (avoid running Oracle9Platform
specific tests), added isOracle9Platform to platform
- Added Eclipse launch files to run directory
- Added run directory to avoid clutering root directory with test output
- Fixed core test framework to run better with Eclipse JUnit support
- Made JPA build script work with trunk
- Changed JPA test default to all, not package
