It would be really useful if I could drag an existing breakpoint to another line in the ruler bar.  Sometimes I have set up a complex breakpoint, with custom enablement condition or threads filtering, and then realize I need the breakpoint to occur earlier or later. I must then construct a new breakpoint and set all the breakpoint properties again.
