A scripting engine like BSF (Bean Scripting Format) integrated with core
eclipse would allow easy integration of scripting language to drive 
eclipse.

Supporting
1) Undo Mechanism
2) System test (driven by scripts)
3) recording mechanism to record commands
4) support for plug-in development in multiple lanaguages

Sounds like a great idea, but this falls a bit outside our current area of 
focus.  This would be a great third party opportunity.
