Looking at last perf results pages, I saw that the used reference was 200710191554 although a new baseline was run on 200711051550.

I suggest to improve the generation to use the last run baseline if the '-baseline' argument is not specified on the command line.

This would avoid to change this argument each time a new baseline is run. Of course, if user wants a specific baseline, then '-baseline' should be always used if specified in the command line.
