After working around the NPE (see bug 208987) I am unable to work with the new Problems view. Filtering is completely broken (see attached picture).

The overabundance of categoriesis a dup of Bug 208992. It was not filtering that was broken - it was sorting into categories.

However the filter count is not taking into account the number of categories and is assuming that only 100 elements are being shown
