open two files and stack one editor on top of the edit so that you have a horizontal sash.
select the bottom editor
from the tab, right click and choose Minimize
Note that the stack goes to the trim (I was expecting just one editor but I can accept that this isn't necessarily a bug)
Restore the stack by clicking on it in the trim
Note that the top editor is restored but the bottom editor appears to be showing the old minimize behavior.  Clicking on the tab restores it completely.

Yup, this is almost certainly the result of the command being mis-implemented for the new min/max story, i'll have a look at the implementation on the way home...

Still happens but only when using the menu item...

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
