The performance tests needed to be cleaned up.  The goal of this is to make the adding of future performance tests easy.  Also to simplify the running of the tests by creating a single entry point.

This patch removes old classes that are not needed to run the performance tests and creates a simple performance test hierarchy with one performance test.  This also adds classes to be used as parent classes for performance tests and performance test suits.

mass change to add 'contributed' keyword based on bugzilla query, please correct if that's not accurate (by marking patches as obsolete and removing the 'contributed' keyword.
