I was changing several of my files in CVS from "-ko" to "-kkv", but found I
could only load the "Set keyword substitution" wizard once.

I start eclipse F3 (on linux-gtk), highlight a file, select Team/Change
ASCII/Binary property, and change it to "-kkv". I then select another file, and
do the same thing, but the UI fails. 

I'll attach the .metadata/.log in which is dumped an IndexOutOfBoundsException.

At first glance, the stack does not seem to indicate a GTK-specific problem.

Reproduced on GTK.

Could not reproduce on Motif.

This appears to have been fixed somewhere along the line.

May have been a GTK bug that has since been fixed.
