Steps To Reproduce:
1. Dutch files are not available in NL_Language pack



More information:
The translated files are used to create a website with dutch labels. The EPF ide is not translated only the output labels of the website. I would like to contribute these files. If needed we can discuss the translation of the IDE files to make the set complete.

One more change suggestion: 
"Selecteerde representatie" should be changed to "Geselecteerde representatie"
