"Preview" and "Description" label on Chart Sample View are not externalized so they are dislayed in English.

Please check the attached screen shot for detail.

I think its hard coded in ChartExamples.java.

Externalized labels in chart example view.

I have verified in the lasted build(2.3.0 v20070104-0800) that the lables are not localized and still displayed in English. Please have a check.
