Empty Debug Dialog

Starting with Eclipse 3.3, many of the dialogs (e. g. the run or debug dialog, import or export dialog) doesn't have a content. After a restart everything works fine. See the attached file for an example (debug dialog).
I already delete the workspace but it didn't help.
