Description Christian Georgi CLA 2007-09-25 07:31:20 EDT
org.eclipse.help.standalone.Infocenter takes two arguments for the startup executable and jar. The first one relys on the executable named "eclipse.exe" - this doesn't work for products with a different executables. The second argument assumes exactly a file "startup.jar" in the installation directory - this is not true anymore (equinox launcher now).

Two new arguments with file paths including names would be more flexible here.

Christian, have you tried upgrading to Eclipse 3.3.1 to see if it alleviates the symptoms you are seeing?
