Hi everyone. When I use Eclipse, I've always met an error message between Quick Switch Editor (Ctrl+E) and Next Editor (Ctrl+F6): > "Next Editor" did not complete normally. Please see the log for more information. > No activeWorkbenchWindow found while executing org.eclipse.ui.window.nextEditor But after this message, all is fine, again. Only with those of sequence, I mean Ctrl+E -> ESC -> Ctrl+F6, it makes that problem. IMHO, It might not be such an important bug, anyhow, I just mention. My Eclipse is as follows: > Eclipse Platform > Version: 3.3.0 > Build id: I20070621-1340
Do you have anything useful in your workspace's .metadata folder's .log file?
Created attachment 78751 [details] the .log file in workspace/.metadata
What version of GTK+ are you running? I can't reproduce that error on 2.10.4-16.el5 It is probably a transient error caused by GTK not activating the workbench window shell before processing the CTRL+F6 PW
My gtk-related packs are as follows: using "yum list installed gtk*" gtk+.i386 1:1.2.10-57.fc7 installed gtk+-devel.i386 1:1.2.10-57.fc7 installed gtk+extra.i386 2.1.1-4.fc7 installed gtk+extra-devel.i386 2.1.1-4.fc7 installed gtk-doc.noarch 1.8-2.fc7 installed gtk-rezlooks-engine.i386 0.6-4.fc7 installed gtk-sharp2.i386 2.10.0-4.fc7 installed gtk2.i386 2.10.14-3.fc7 installed gtk2-devel.i386 2.10.14-3.fc7 installed gtk2-engines.i386 2.10.2-2.fc7 installed gtkhtml2.i386 2.11.0-4 installed gtkhtml3.i386 3.14.3-1.fc7 installed gtkmm24.i386 2.10.11-1.fc7 installed gtksourceview.i386 1.8.5-1.fc7 installed gtkspell.i386 2.0.11-3.fc7 installed gtkspell-devel.i386 2.0.11-3.fc7 installed
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
