Using freeze 3 for release 2.0

I compared org.eclipse.ui against a previous version. The compare editor can up 
with a few files that were different. Without clicking on anything, I pressed 
Ctrl+. (Navigate > Next Difference). The file was selected but not opened to 
show the difference. Press "Ctrl+." again and the next file is selected.

If I open that file by pressing "Enter" then Ctrl+. will go thru the changes in 
that file, and at the end will jump to the next file but not open it.

This is a step backward from F2 - can it be considered for fixing in F4?
