Build F3-20020612

1) Open a java perspective
2) Change its layout 
3) Save the perspective as Java (i.e. overwrite it).
4) Change the layout a bit more.

If you reset the perspective it is reset to the layout saved in the step "3)" 
not the original file as expected.

1) Open a java perspective
2) Change its layout and change the layout of the coolbar as well
3) Save the perspective as Java (i.e. overwrite it).
4) Change the layout a bit more as well as the coolbar layout.

If you reset the prespective, the perspective layout is reset to the state 
saved in the step "3" but the coolbar layout is reset to its original state.

Either, the reset perspective and reset coolbar should be independent or they 
should follow the same rules.
IMO we should not even have the option "Reset Coolbar". We should have only 
reset perspective.

I think we need to keep "Reset Toolbar Layout" since we have more problems 
still with coolbar layout getting messed up than we do with the rest of the 
perspective layout.

Agree the coolbar layout should get saved with the perspective though.
Too late to fix at this stage though.
