IP-XACT checker should check XPATH expresions for validity

The checker does now check that the XPATH expressions are valid, by attempting to evaluate them; but does not check that they obey the other rules on what XPATH expressions can be used in IP-XACT. To do so the checker would have to include its own parser for XPATH expressions.
