Description Martin Oberhuber CLA 2007-08-09 09:38:34 EDT
Whith Preferences : Remote Systems Explorer : "Re-open Remote Systems view to previous state" switched ON, which is the default:

Expand Local > Files > My Home > dir1 > dir2
Quit and re-start RSE
On restart, only Local > Files > My Home is expanded.
Selection may change to any other node.

Expected behavior: It should drill down to dir1 > dir2.

Same problem for remote connections e.g. SSH or dstore (which do deferred queries; so I'd understand if it does not work for those, but it should work for local).

I'm not sure if it's a regression compared to 1.0.1 or 2.0, but I do think it's a regression compared to IBM internal RSE.

If a regression, this may be related to bug #198650 and bug #196662.
Comment 2 David McKnight CLA 2007-11-29 17:48:35 EST
I've added a job to handle the asynchronous queries during restore.
