(for usability discussion)

In order to get the Repository Viewer, you have to
	Perspective->Show View->Other,
	in chooser pick Managing,
	expand it to see Repositories.

I think people will have a hard time finding it.  Since we don't have a perspective we are second class.

As a result its also not clear to me how to get people started off in an easy way.
