I have setup a FTP connection in TargetManager 2.0.0.1
I can open and edit and save files directly on the server using targetManager view.

But when I try to use the "Export from Project ..." Feature to upload local files to the FTP I get errors like
"RSEF8057E: Error occurred while exporting /closed.html: Operation failed. File system input or output error" 

Actually, the file "closed.html" got created on the server but it is empty, ZERO bytes.

Patch creating a NullProgressMonitor when the passed monitor is null

When the upper layer passed a null monitor, the upload method was raising a NPE.
The fix solves it now and files can be exported to a remote FTP server successfully.

Thanks for the patch. Pls also file a bug against [importexport], they should not be passing null as the monitor.
