If I use the numeric key pad with the Alt key for any short cuts I have defined then the action occurs and a character is typed into the text as well. With other Windows editors I have used if you define an action for an Alt + Direction key then the character is no longer created. I can use the other direction keys but I much prefer the numeric keypad.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
