When I change preferences, click Apply, close out of the preferences, shut 
down Eclipse, and then restart Eclipse, some of the preferences that I changed 
are not saved.  This occurs even when I export the preferences and then 
reimport them.  One of the preferences that is not saved which is included 
with Eclipse are the debug settings underneath the Java tab.  Another setting 
that is not saving is a setting for a plugin that I installed from 
genuitec.com.  It was saving in an earlier version of Eclipse, but when I 
updated to F2, these settings no longer saved and I have to reinitialize them 
every time I load up Eclipse.
