Europa deadlocked for me several times.
The stack dump from the last time is attached.

Omry, these traces seem to come from all over...just a few questions to help me route this appropriately...

Which Europa components are you using? 
Did the problem start at any particular time (i.e. any particualr component)?
What are you running for a desktop?

Eric,
as I said, I am using mylyn, PDT and subversive.
I am also have the Antenna preprocessor plugin installed, but it's not  activated for any project. (I wrote that plugin, and I simply tested it once).

the problem start right after I upgraded to Europa, but this upgrade was alongside with mylar->mylyn upgrade, and with PDT 0.7->1,0 upgrade, so its hard to tell which one causes this.

about the desktop:
I am running KDE on Debian etch.

Looks like a duplication of bug 153485.

Also see bug 195897, the native launcher currently cannot detect the sun vm on linux to insert the -XX:MaxPermSize option as a workaround.
