Is it possible to expand the functionality of the wizard page banner area? This is a common area to present error messages in wizard pages. What if you had a need to display more than one error message at a time, meaning all messages were equally applicable to the user fixing the issue. Is it possible to make this area expandable by hovering or some means?

It is not. The common practice is to create a single message that summarizes all the problems.

A solution using a popup might be an idea as well. I would try this out in your own WizardDialog and see what you come up with - we won't be focussing on this right now.

Prakash is now responsible for watching bugs in the [Wizards] component area.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
