clean f2:

in the external tools configuration dialog,
a table for the detail information a la 'properties view' would be more ideal 
for this type of infomation than using a text area.

The text area is used so you can easily select the text and copy it. People 
want to do this to send tool scripts to other people.

Reopen if you disagree (maybe I'm not understanding how you envision it to 
work).
