clean f2:

it would be a nice enhancement to see tooltips over tools in the external tools 
menu. formatting to nicely include the five tool properties somehow would be 
really sweet.

SWT does not support tooltips for menu items.
Also, tooltips generally have accessibility issues: there is no standard key 
for bringing them up.
