Build: 20020602 (F2)

The class org.eclipse.ui.externaltools.LogConsolePreferencePage is not 
referenced anywhere (aince the preferences it provided were absorbed into the 
ToolsPreferencePage). We should delete it.

Wait until after release 2.0 to remove this class. However, for F3, we can mark 
this class as deprecated.

Class was marked as deprecated for F3 of release 2.0  Will be removed after 
release 2.0 ships.

Removed.

Note: new external tool work is not yet released to the head stream and won't 
for a while yet.
