3.3 RC4.

I'll attach a zip of the project. It's EPL. 

* Import it into a new workspace.
* In Package Explorer select package presentation "hierarchical"
* Expand project
* Expand folder "src"
* Right click on package "org.eclipse.rwt" and select Refactor -> Rename...
* Check "Update references" and "Rename subpackages"
* Enter new package name "net.cloudfree.toolkit"
* Click "OK"

First problem, you get a warning about potential matches but no preview. Second, if you continue your project will not compile anymore.

Note, if I just rename "org.eclipse.rwt" to "net.cloudfree.toolkit" with "Rename subpackages" unchecked it fails too. The workaround I found was to start with subpackages and rename "org.eclipse.rwt" at last.

Verified in N20070703-0010, keeping bug open to check in 3.3.1 build.
