Build ID: OHF Spatio-Temporal Epidemological/Event Modeler (STEM)

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open simulation view 
2. Select a scenario to run
3. Run scenario, you will notice when infection rates in areas are low the coloe of those areas and the water is the same.


More information:
Perhaps water should be indicated with a pattern in order to make distinguishing easier.

Yes, Jamie was also suggesting we use Black as the default.
The color can be changed with the preferences.
