Build F2

When you switch your windows colours into High Constrast Black the text entry
field for the Search is not visible.

STEPS
1) Switch your colour mode to High Contrast Black using the Properties of
windows 2000
2) Open help
3) Search entry field is invisible

This should be a relatively easy fix.

The Advanced Search dialog has the same problem.

I will need to consult with the graphical designer, but I think the border
colour should match the system text colour. By default, this is usually black
but it will vary with user's setting and should look good all the time.

We changed the border to match text colour. The high contrast works ok and,
except odd cases, it will be black on most systems.
