Right now the editor just creates a new Model or Graph and adds it as a child.  The Wizard would allow the details to be specified (e.g., Dublin Core).  There could be an issue with serialization as the current version of the Wizard prompts for a project and serialization file name, neither of which is needed when creating from  Model.  Maybe all that is needed is to prompt with the Dublin Core wizard page and give the user the ability to fill that out.
