I have 2 versions of a feature installed, but both versions are unconfigured 
(Alphabet Soup, after step R plus update Round Letters to 1.0.1 and then 
unconfigure both 1.0.0 and 1.0.1).

I navigate to the update site, select Round Letters 1.0.0 and [Install]. The 
install goes really fast (no plugins to copy), offers to restart. On restart, 
both feature versions remain unconfigured. The configuration history entry shows 
the install was successful, but it does NOT show an action to configure the 
freshly installed version.

There is nothing in the log. Note, that when I attemp to configure the installed 
feature manually, I fail with an error (about to loose my.alphabet_1.0.0)
