These patch makes several cosmetical changes to the JSDL Editor UI and fixes some UI bugs.

These include:

  - Changed Executable/Input/Output/Error text boxes in Application Page to single line text boxes (As per the recomendations from the 1st JSDL meeting)

  - Changed POSIX Application and Additional POSIX Application sections to be of type "Expandable".

  - Added missing descriptions for various sections in various pages.

  - Applied Flat Look for all page widgets so as to match Eclipse Forms Look

  - Fixed un-even sub-section sizes in Resources Page.

  - Changed Additional Resources element (in Resources Page) to be of type       "Expandable" (by default now the section is drawn as minimized).

  - Added background image for each page.

  - Made code changes to minimize object instantiations.
