We need to document the Project Explorer in the user doc.

See org.eclipse.platform.doc.user\concepts\cnav.htm for the old doc of the Resource Navigator. We can likely follow this pattern.

Adding McQ as he owns the Resource Navigator - we should decide on what to do about the Resource Navigator in the doc in general

It may be that this just isn't tied in. I added in user doc with the F1 support ..

There is a patch in bug 184877 that contains doc for project explorer, but it hasn't been released.
