Go to Help > Help Contents > Platform Plugin Developers Guide > Reference > API
Reference.  The package javadoc for org.eclipse.ui.intro.config and org.eclipse.ui.intro.universal is missing. Also, it looks like the package javadoc for org.eclipse.ui.intro looks like it was copied from package org.eclipse.ui.

org.eclipse.help.search and org.eclipse.help.ui are also missing package javadoc.

I've started working on package javadocs for the referenced packages.

org.eclipse.ui.intro, however is not coming from UA. The javadoc is coming from the org.eclipse.ui.workbench plugin.

I've opened bug 189747 for Platform UI.

I was able to view javadoc for these 4 packages is in I20070531-0800.
