Therefore, when build is performed before refresh, launch configuration, which is stored under .externalToolBuilders folder in the project, cannot be accessed.
Thank you for the bug report. I am assuming that after the refresh subsequent builds work without problems?
I think I can observer the same issue. Seems error is occuring most times after importing a project the second time from the same location (delete in Eclipse without deleting on file system in between), but still then bug is not to 100 % reproducable for me. Subsequent builds are working as assumed. I'm using Eclipse 3.4.2. This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
